"Good discounts that actually worked"
I’ve used ShopRunner a handful of times now, and the promo deals have been good. I’m always a little skeptical because some sites make it look like you’re getting a discount, then it doesn’t actually show up right at checkout.
This one did, though. I saved a decent amount on things I was already planning to buy, so that was nice. Nothing super exciting or life-changing, just easy to use and the discounts actually felt worth it.

I had to return an order and wasn’t sure what to expect with the refund. The communication wasn’t super clear, which was a little annoying because I didn’t know how long I’d be waiting. But to their credit, shoprunner processed it quickly and the money was back on my card within a few days. Ended up being painless overall.

"Good, but I wish it was clearer what qualifies"
It works well when the items are eligible, and when it applies, I’m happy with it. I just still run into things that don’t count sometimes, which makes me second-guess whether I’m using it right. I’d feel a lot better if it were a little more obvious upfront what qualifies and what doesn’t

I’ve been happy with the retailer options on shoprunner. A lot of them are places I already buy from anyway, which is the whole point for me. Nice when something like this actually fits into how you already shop, you know?

"Box Was SHREDDED, But They Made It Right"
My package showed up looking rough, like it had been through a LOT, and one of the items inside was damaged. I reached out not expecting much, but they replied fast and got everything sorted without making it a hassle. The replacement showed up in perfect shape. It was annoying at first, but their customer service really came through.

"Good service, just a small billing hiccup"
I’ve used ShopRunner a few times now and the fast shipping has been really handy, especially when I’m ordering smaller things and don’t want to wait a week. The only issue I had was noticing a charge on my account that I didn’t remember approving, which was a little frustrating. I reached out to support and they did get it fixed, but it took a bit longer than I expected, maybe a couple extra back-and-forth messages. Overall, the service itself works well and I’d still give it 4 stars, but I do wish the billing details were a little clearer upfront...

"Pretty handy for cutting shipping costs"
I’ve been using ShopRunner mostly for the free 2-day shipping, and it’s been worth it for me. My sister actually mentioned it first, and I realized a few stores I already order from were included. It’s nice saving a few dollars here and there, especially on stuff I was going to buy anyway. Not every order qualifies, which can be a little frustrating, but when it does, the process is really easy. Overall, it’s useful if you shop online regularly.

"Easy to use on my phone"
I’ve used ShopRunner on my phone a handful of times now, it’s been easy. The pages load quickly, and I don’t have to hunt around forever to find the items that qualify for free 2-day shipping, which is really all I’m looking for when I’m shopping in a hurry.
Checkout has been smooth too, with no strange glitches or having to sign in over and over. It just makes sense for quick orders, whether I’m on lunch break or sitting on the couch and want to get something shipped fast without making it a whole project.

I had an issue I couldn’t figure out on my own, so I reached out to support. i wasn’t expecting much, but they got back to me quickly and fixed it faster than I thought they would. It made the whole experience way less stressful.

Shipping has usually been really fast, which I appreciate. The only thing I regret is not expecting a small delay one time, because it threw me off a bit. Other than that, my experience has been good most of the time.

"Helpful, but it really depends on the store"
As someone who orders online often, I really want checkout to be quick and painless. ShopRunner is nice when the store has it set up properly, and I do appreciate the faster shipping when it works. But on some partner sites, the option is hard to find or the checkout gets confusing, which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall, it’s useful, just not always as smooth as I’d like.

"Definitely worth it if you shop online a lot"
I’ve been using ShopRunner for a while now, it’s been worth it for me. The free 2-day shipping really does come in handy, especially when I’m ordering one or two things and don’t want to keep adding random stuff just to hit a free shipping minimum.
Returns have been simple too, which I really appreciate, especially with clothes and shoes because sizing is always kind of a gamble. Not every store I shop at is included, not even close, but enough of them are that I still feel like it pays for itself.

"Pretty decent, but not the most reliable"
Most of my orders have arrived just fine, but I’ve had a couple show up late without many updates, which was a bit frustrating. Compared to some other delivery services people seem to rave about, this one feels a little more hit or miss. It gets the job done most of the time, but I wouldn’t call it super dependable.

I canceled my ShopRunner membership last week. It took me a minute to find where to do it, but once I did, it went through fine. No extra hassle so far, so overall it was kinda painless.
